Be Kind to Yourself

We take care of our families, our work, our homes, showering kindness and love on the people in our lives. All too often, though, we don't show kindness to ourselves. Take a moment to appreciate and acknowledge yourself. Take a break, have a cup of tea, read a book, take a bath, plant the garden you want, make a page for your scrapbook or acknowledge something you like about yourself. Little things mean a lot.
